Digital Products- Refunds– Due to the nature of digital products, including e-books, downloadable materials and online courses, we generally do not offer refunds for these items. Before making a purchase, please review the product description and specifications to ensure it meets your needs.
- Exceptions- If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using a digital product, please contact us at info@raisingreaders.co.za within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and provide a suitable solution.
- Returns- If you receive a physical product (such as teaching aids) that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@raisingreaders.co.zawithin 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Refunds– Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
